When I reach the 3 month mark of a quit I become despondent, panicky, depressed. I am conversation "I WANT TO BE DEAD" depressed. I was concieved by and carried by smokers, so I know that nicotine is part of my genetic core. So far I'm blowing up smaller amount at people, and drinking more water (out of bottles beside a nipple)no joke... and I cry a lot because my body is rejecting the opinion of not self medicating with it...everything hurts, but It goes away if I can verbs myself up and out the door for a walk, after work or Dinner.

Try this: Buy a pack of cigs and stuff all of em adjectives at once to your mouth then spark em. Let's see if you still want to smoke, or even crave for some.
As for me, I have no plans of quitting, resourcefully at least not yet anyways. :D
